Lucy's Page

Sophie and Lucy are siblings.  Both are champion grand-sired and have excellent pedigrees.  They are a welcomed addition to our family and we're looking forward to our first litter of puppies off of them near the end of January and first week of February, 2006.  Both are very light golden in color and like their mother, really love the water.  Sophie's hair is somewhat longer than Lucy's and they both have strong retrieving skills.  Lucy is a little more submissive than Sophie is.  We're both looking forward to many happy years with them.

Lucy's hips were screened by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals and the screening came back as "good".

September 6th, 2009

Lucy's doing great and the puppies as well.  We did lose one puppy due to Lucy accidently laying on it a couple of weeks ago and I'm very sad it, but things happen sometimes that can't be helped and I'm sure Lucy is sad about it as well... The pups are running around playing now and I am about to move them all outside to the kennel.

Sorry for the delay on getting more pictures up.. I've started the construction of two houses and working on lining another up so I've been going non-stop (feeding animals before I eat myself) and just haven't been able to find the time to call, but planning on setting up appointments over the next few days.
